Quick Setup Guide

  1. Choose Your Plan: Select Starter (1 stream) or Family (4 streams) based on your needs. You can upgrade anytime.
  2. Create Profiles: In your Dashboard, create a profile for each viewer. Each profile gets unique login credentials.
  3. Install Jellyfin: Download the Jellyfin app on your devices (TV, phone, tablet, etc.) or use the web browser.
  4. Connect to Server: Use server address https://wcps.cc with your profile credentials.
  5. Request Content: Use our search feature to find and request movies/TV shows. Content typically appears within 5-10 minutes.
  6. Start Streaming: Browse your library and enjoy unlimited 4K streaming on all your devices!

How many profiles can I create?

How fast are content requests fulfilled?

Typically within 5-10 minutes if sources are available. You'll see new content appear in "Recently Added" section of Jellyfin.

What devices are supported?

All major platforms: iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Xbox, PlayStation, Smart TVs, and web browsers. Download Jellyfin from your device's app store.

Do I need the Samsung TV addon?

The Samsung TV addon ($10/month) enables direct streaming through a dedicated Samsung app. Without it, you can still cast from your phone/computer or use other devices connected to your Samsung TV.

Can I download content for offline viewing?

Yes! Jellyfin supports downloading on mobile devices for offline viewing. Perfect for travel or areas with poor internet.

What video quality is available?

Up to 4K Ultra HD with HDR support. Quality automatically adjusts based on your internet speed and device capabilities.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, upgrade/downgrade anytime through Billing. Stripe handles prorations. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.

How do I request specific content?

Use the search feature in your Dashboard to find movies/TV shows. Our system searches TMDB/TVDB databases for accurate results.

Is there a content library?

Yes! We maintain a large library of popular content, plus you can request anything not currently available. New releases added regularly.
