  2. Create Profiles: In your Dashboard, create a profile for each viewer. Each profile gets unique login credentials.
  3. Set Up Your Devices: In your Dashboard, click "Device Setup" to get step-by-step instructions for iOS, Android, Web/Desktop, TV, and more.
  4. Connect to Server: Use server address https://wcps.cc with your profile credentials.
  5. Request Content: Use our search feature to find and request movies/TV shows. Content typically appears within 5-10 minutes.
  6. Start Streaming: Browse your library and enjoy unlimited 4K streaming on all your devices!

How many profiles can I create?

Starter plan: 1 stream, Family plan: 4 streams. Each profile gets unique login credentials for personalized viewing. Add more streams for $5/month each.

How fast are content requests fulfilled?

Typically within 5-10 minutes if sources are available. You'll see new content appear in "Recently Added" section of Jellyfin.

What devices are supported?

All major platforms: iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Xbox, PlayStation, LG/Google/Hisense Smart TVs, and web browsers. Visit your Dashboard's "Device Setup" section for platform-specific instructions.

Do I need the Samsung TV addon?

Only if you have a Samsung Smart TV and want direct app access. LG, Google TV, Hisense, Roku, Fire TV, and Apple TV all have free Jellyfin apps built-in. Without the addon, Samsung users can still use other connected devices or cast from their phone.

Can I download content for offline viewing?

Yes! Jellyfin supports downloading on mobile devices for offline viewing. Perfect for travel or areas with poor internet.

What video quality is available?

Up to 4K Ultra HD with HDR support. Quality automatically adjusts based on your internet speed and device capabilities.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, upgrade/downgrade anytime through Billing. Stripe handles prorations. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.

Where do I find setup instructions for my device?

Visit your Dashboard and click on any platform in the "Device Setup" banner. You'll get detailed, step-by-step instructions including download links and login guides for iOS, Android, TV, gaming consoles, and more.

Is there a content library?

Yes! We maintain a large library of popular content, plus you can request anything not currently available. New releases added regularly.
